“Hey aren’t you that trivia guy?”

One day I'll make it big and everyone will follow this! Until then please go away.
The problem is that it becomes harder and harder to find the time and guardians to teach this content as time goes on. End game is some of the most enjoyable and rewarding content in the game, let’s make it easier for more guardians to enjoy it. End/

I’m convinced if learning raids was more accessible, a lot more folks would be interested in raiding more regularly. I’m convinced of this because if have dragged newer guardians through their first raid, dungeon, or GM many times before and by the end they have fun and want to do it more. 7/

So basically less boss health, more guardian health/shields, and less enemy density. Guardians should still be able to die and revive tokens should still be implemented as that is an important mechanic to learn. We mind of have this already for Nightfalls where Adept runs can prepare you for GM’s 6/

as opposed to finding 1-2 hours to teach a raid one week and then another 1-2 hours another week for a full run at normal or greater difficulty as my idea would allow. This allows more people to learn raids in a lower stress environment and ultimately creates a larger pool of raid-ready guardians.

The most difficult part of raiding (and dungeons too, to a lesser extent) - especially in the last few years - has been finding a group that has the same block of time available. This is an even bigger issue when that block of time needs to be 3+ hours so we can teach new folks along the way 4/

This easier mode could be setup in such a way that these modifiers reduce or eliminate loot drops, or maybe each account can only get loot from their first clear using these modifiers if they have never complete the activity. The same idea could also apply to dungeons. 3/

Think like a Novice mode or Teaching difficulty. This would make it easier to teach the mechanics of each raid encounter without the stress of min/max loadout optimization and less fear of messing up. It would make raids faster and easier to learn and make more difficult raid modes more desirable 2/
