New recipe on the blog 📠 crunchy teriyaki tofu. Little crunchy air fried tofu nuggets tossed in a sticky homemade teriyaki sauce served with broccoli (that caramelizes alongside the tofu in the air fryer.

Pretty easy and ready in 30 min!

Not to pat myself on the back, but this recipe for vegan banana bread from my site is pretty spectacular. Just sweet enough, chocolate chunks, toasty pecans, and so tender.

I call for light spelt flour, but all purp, white whole wheat etc will work.
