Over and over the current WH Admin proves that we are no longer a nation of laws, or maybe we never really were. Hegseth appears to be able to execute indiscriminately; Noem to violate court orders; Trump to escape criminal accountability.

The problem is they can only make a finding of contempt, not enforce it. DOJ has to enforce it. If DoJ says no, nobody is afraid of being held in contempt anymore. I think that’s what these judges are weighing—do
They want to publicly expose they have no power by having a co tempt ruling ignored?

Judge "considers" contempt of court? I'm sick of threats of a little tap (not even a slap!) on the wrist. If judges (especially SCOTUS) do not follow through with the law & their oath to the constitution, the people & the law I find them in contempt of democracy & they need to be off the bench. ASAP

And it’s actually that he’s considering referring her for contempt prosecution. That’s different than holding her in contempt. But yeah.

I am amazed at the amount of posts I'm getting on my social media feed on this one subject. It's a big deal. And they are all saying the same thing. Pete Hegseth Is Guilty of EXTRAJUDICIAL KILLINGS. Some are calling these executions WAR CRIMES. And Congress will look into this. Pete, lawyer up!
