Whenever I see discourse (from games people mainly) about "real genre", "fake genre", "coherent genre", etc unless it's motivated by intentional revisionism or historical narrativizing of shared influence I feel like people could use a little Wittgenstein

since games as art discourse again my contribution is that I've been moved by C Thi Nguyen's characterization of the medium that games are. There is aesthetic content in a way of being a decision-maker and action-taker, and games are the way we take those ways of being and hand them to others.
