Very excited to be presenting again later today at the Warhammer Conference! This year I'm talking about Necrons, Trans/Posthumanism, and why Wargame fiction is important to analyse. Plus I got this wonderful commission from @morgul.bsky.social 's sketch club, and I love it so much!

Got the chance to play some Mordheim again last night (first time in 11 years) on a friend's amazing scratchbuilt terrain. Man I've missed this game so much...there's so much character even in a dwarf who can't climb a wall, and a Marienburger stacking it from a jump and dying #warhammer

Forgot to post up the pictures I got of my finished Shatterpoint Team from this weekend's Grand Tournament (amazing what a deadline does to motivation)! It was my first one and honestly so much fun. Everyone was lovely, and I'll never get tired of throwing Hondo under a bus to try and sneak a win

Is fire too much power for us to have on hand? Maybe. But it has cleared out all the garden waste we were lrft with on moving in in a very cosy manner

Finally got to try Arcs today. Really enjoyable game and definitely one that flows a lot better once the turn starts than the overwhelming information at the start implies.

Did I pick a high complexity character though? Yes. However, is it because they're a little weirdo? Yes. No regrets

Already missed a day, but here's one to make up for it. I've been thinking about these little Lithops I'm looking after. Hoping I'm giving them what they need. It helps that I've been blasting The Mountain Goats a lot recently, and the Absolute Lithops Effect has really been hitting...

There it is, it's unreasonable how invested I am now in seeing a bird actually on it
