yall, my mental health has been trash and I’ve been so close to crashing the fuck out!! But today was the first day in a long time that I was calm! My emotions weren’t all over the place I was actually like happy AND I WAS HAPPY BEING ALONE! Like that’s huge for me!! So yay me! Look at me growing!
