I've been waiting for someone to say something like this in response to Trumps threats to defund. Our federal taxes pay to provide money services to and for the people. To withhold them basically amounts to taxation without representation.....

This is exactly what Civil Rights Legislation was created to prevent, but can it also perpetuate. In the past, they could simply say out loud that they didn't hire black folks or fired them first. Nowadays, they do the same thing only using vague, litigation justifiable reasons.

While he is correct, he could have saved us from all of this, but he simply didn't have the backbone to stand up to this man. It's kinda late to develop a spine at this point.....

And that's what truly concerns me.... there is no way that he thinks this strategy wins in 2026 or 2028, and the thought that there will be no midterms was what I feared was the real strategy along...
