It's no of use unless it is that "Windows copilot" sidebar thing, current Copilot in Windows is that PWA or something like that!

Maybe, only way to find out IF "Recall AI" is Really Offline-Only thing, is to:
1. Find Core Files of "Recall AI" feature(the place where it is installed).
2. Then get a Non-MCSFT firewall software & Fully Block "Recall AI" internet access, and them just test it out!
