the fact that you are willing to lump all people of a religion together as baby killers and say “who cares” is the point. I’m old enough to remember after 9/11 when Muslims were tagged as terrorists and the hate crimes and harassment began. It wasn’t right then and it isn’t right now.

Are we workshopping a bullet hole through a Star of David as imagery here? The reason non- good faith claims of antisemitism stick is because of good progressive friends that don’t get why the intent doesn’t equal the result. ie; I’m seeing people adopt “zios” freely, like David Duke didn’t coin it.

Yes, we agree that the Israeli govt is awful: But what you’re doing with that post is blaming Jews, full stop. This grouping is the line of thinking behind the Bondi shooters. Despite what the internet thinks, Jews can’t just call Jew corporate and ask to speak to a manager.

Susan, this post is a random Star of David with a bullet hole in it. The message is “the Jews did this” which is plain abhorrent, and wouldn’t be said toward another nation with a religious majority. Israel, like the US, has a criminal in charge, and courts nor massive protests have stopped them.

Permits and congestion pricing in manhattan yes. More mass transit, hell yes. But bike people without cars in boroughs love to have opinions about how others conduct their lives. Not everyone wants to ride a bike or strap their kids into a bike to live here.
