I think human beings are agents of entropy. We consume the sun’s energy through plants and other animals, use that energy to stay alive and perform work on our environment, and then radiate heat from our bodies back out into the universe, thus increasing overall entropy.
We evolved to consume and run on specific types of fuel (food). Consume those foods, and be amazed at how much energy you will have.
