Guilty. I was working 12 hr days 6 days a week with no scheduled breaks or in-house facilities to cook or make beverages. I would bring what I could from home, but with that schedule even getting to the grocery store was hard. So, in despair I'd order delivery to my job quite often.

This book is a MUST for anyone needing to understand what a healthy relationship looks like. Not just poly, it really does a great job explaining boundaries and emotional intelligence 👏
