Here’s a Tri-tip I reverse seared using our coffee rub. Super good. Left the fat cap fully on and it took about 30 minutes to get to the sear temp.

Marinated the steak in lime n pineapple for about an hour. Simple seasoning. Hot sear. Then built the soup with all fresh peppers and classic flavors.
