Whitmer's 2028 campaign slogan: "Let's do mass deportations *right.*"

They were also openly racist before that. It's pretty damning of US culture that it took this long for them to face consequences
November 16, 2025 at 10:54 PM
Also Democratic politicians. They should be loudly making prosecuting these ghouls part of their platform.

"In February 2023, Nekrasova debated political polarization at the Yale Political Union, where she spoke in favour of polarization, declaring that, in the aesthetics of political discourse, 'extremism is sexy.'"

She comes off as a deeply privileged person who has radicalized herself bc she was bored

Is there anyone on the left who looks weirdly old for their age? I swear this type of aging seems so endemic on the right

Dems in power: Sorry, we can't pass legislation that helps Americans. The GOP is filibustering and we have to compromise

Dems out of power: Sorry, we can't save Americans from harmful GOP legislation. If we use the filibuster the GOP will just get rid of it and pass the law anyway
November 13, 2025 at 6:43 PM
But it does help moderate Democrats. The filibuster is the magic wand they can wave to never have to do anything in power. They'd be terrified to get rid of it, because their main fig leaf would be gone.

But you do see why people don't buy your excuse for them on the Epstein emails, correct? It's hard to not see this as the NYT having double standards on what is newsworthy, depending on the politics of who they want to try to embarrass. Mamdani? Fair game. Epstein and Trump? Eh, not so much.
November 13, 2025 at 6:05 PM
This is Biden's legacy.
November 13, 2025 at 5:49 PM
You seem bizarrely upset over people thinking Epstein was dumb. Why do you even care? Did you somehow know Epstein and know he was smart?

I can promise you, the trans people who had to deal with her pearl clutching over pronouns don't miss it. I wish we could laugh at her dunking on Musk without raising her to a level of respect she doesn't actually deserve.
November 11, 2025 at 7:47 PM
Well, one thing we know: the Democratic Senate Caucus will do everything in their power to help prop the GOP up. Nothing terrifies Schumer and many other Dem Senators like being in power and being expected to help Americans.
November 11, 2025 at 4:52 PM
What is your plan? Do you ever plan on giving your master plan? Or do you just plan on spamming people rightly criticizing Democrats? You agree Trump and the GOP won't pass it. So what are the next steps?
November 10, 2025 at 11:29 PM
You're such a coward you won't even stand behind the deal you okayed. If you want idiotic constituents who eat the slop you throw their way, switch to the GOP. Everyone knows this is theater, and you okayed this agreement.
November 10, 2025 at 9:58 PM
Will you be paying the premium increases for Americans on ACA, once the GOP or Trump kills the extension vote? Do only your bills matter I guess?
November 10, 2025 at 7:32 PM
You are going around angrily demanding people give a better plan than tying the extensions to re-opening. Don't play the victim because I'm giving you back the same energy you're giving others. So what's the plan? Or do you just admit these Senators sold out the Americans who needed this?
November 10, 2025 at 7:26 PM
Extremely noticeable that, when pressed on what Plan B for the ACA extensions is, you just stop replying and go harass other people for daring to criticize these Dem senators. It kind of seems like you agree there is no Plan B, and these Senators killed Plan A by re-opening the government.
November 10, 2025 at 7:21 PM
So what's the plan to get these extensions now? Tying then to re-opening the government was the one bit of leverage Dems had. You have notably not even once offered the Plan B for this now. I think we all know the extensions are just dead now.
November 10, 2025 at 5:44 PM
Are you even a person or a bot? Why do you keep spamming this *exact* reply to people? What is your plan for the ACA extentions? You keep demanding other people's answer. What's yours, now that these centrist Dems just gave away the one bit of leverage we had?
November 10, 2025 at 5:43 PM
Was this not the entire point of holding the line? To force the GOP to pass the extension in exchange for re-opening the government? Caving removes all pressure from the GOP because they got what they wanted, and can now do exactly what you're describing and never vote to pass the extension
November 10, 2025 at 5:37 PM
I never thought this would be the case where it is overturned, but I remain skeptical of the commentators who assure us Obergefell is safe, longer term. They have probably 3 votes already. If, God forbid, something happens to Sotomayor, with her health problems, are we sure there wouldn't be 5 votes?
November 10, 2025 at 4:59 PM
Why he is still minority leader then? At a certain point the Democratic senators idly sitting, allowing him to harm the party, are complicit. They could force him out of leadership.
November 9, 2025 at 10:59 PM
Looking forward to the conservatives deciding following the law and paying the funds irreparably harms the government, while not including even a sentence about the harm to starving people

When rich conservative women who run businesses or have other high paying jobs, tell poor women to listen to their husbands and stay home to raise kids.
