I carry both: a fountain pen but at work I mostly use a Karas Bolt V2 but with a uni-ball jetstream refill [originally a Pilot G2] I would say whatever you would use more or perhaps brings you more joy to use. The Sailor has a Sailor Kiwaguro cartridge [the best ink for bad paper I’ve tried.]
