Still no Reform win as a Lab/Grn or Lab/Lib coalition would result in Labour remaining in power! I also think most Reform voters are protests votes in poll and not true likely vote intent!

Yep! 👍 I axed Twitter last year, about to say Adios to Meta/Facebook, fed up of them allowing hate on their platform.
But if you're in the U.K. don't forget to file a 'right to erasure request' under GDPR so Meta can't keep any data attributed to you! It also costs Meta money!

Maybe it's time to create a web tracker so others can track how crap BBC is at dealing with complaints and whether they're just churning out template type responses and not properly investigating!

Indeed! I'm still waiting on what charitable objectives they've actually achieved beyond bigotry, hate and transphobia none of which is charitable activity frankly!

It's actually quite hilarious that a group with recourse and funding and access to lawyers such as Sex Matters managed to file their claim in entirely wrong venue! Oops! Shame about filing and hearing fees! 💷 🔥 💷 🔥 I'm sure JKR will donate more if they ask nicely! 😂

I suspect it's a case of SM pushing boundaries to see what they can get away with based on SC and instead have burnt through its organisations limited funds to be told no by court! 😂😂 I'm all for that! 🤣

.. can file a claim not an organisation like SM. SM hasn't been aggrieved, they're a corporate body who by definition can't be a victim under the Equality Act as a corporate body. They as a corporate body can be sued for discrimination but can't sue under EA as a victim!

It's weird though as most discrimination claims also don't go down small claims track even if within small claims value limits due to complexity in law. It could go down fast track route which would be more likely. But I struggle to see how SM could even be a claimant! Only an aggrieved claimant..

.. Matters would have to bring claim! Individuals could file claim and they could of course be supported by Sex Matters assuming those individuals believe were directly wronged. I don't see what basis SM could bring claim! SM could try to apply as an intervenor but not in small claims.

I'm really confused and I'm legally trained. Isn't their basis of claim 'sex based rights', if so it would be a straightforward County Court claim albeit claim value dependant which track may vary. Small claims is perfectly suited to Equality Act complaints. The question would be what right Sex..
