like a youth pastor might go to a HS football game, prep a 15 min talk, make sure the worship leader is doing his thing, 1:1 with lead pastor once a week. The other 25 hours? No one really knows?

I’ve often wondered. Is there a general awareness of exactly how much time is spent not really doing much of what would be considered by most to be “work”?

As a marketer, tracking numbers is big. But when you’re talking about the effectiveness of the Church being the Church, it def. feels icky to track it statistically at all.
