They just took one of their oldest, most iconic killers who was always praised for being so faithful to the source material, then shot him behind a dumpster 57 times and made him somehow WEAKER than pre-9.2.0. I am quite frankly worried for if they update more weaker killers (please not Ghostface)

This entire rework is so weird because I like the idea of switching modes but Pursuer Mode is basically useless and Evil Incarnate feels so lame, and running Fragrant Tuft of Hair doesn't even fix it because you still have the increased Terror Radius, reduce cooldown, and global audio cues as nerfs.

Why does filling the Stalk Meter make Stalker Mode inaccessible and lock you into Pursuer Mode? Why does Evil Incarnate have a stupid slowdown at the start instead of being instant? Why does leaving Evil Incarnate put you into Stalker instead of Pursuer and put you at a disadvantage in chase?

Like, you give Michael Myers of all killers a charge dash that controls poorly, then give the dash a 6 second cooldown in a limited 40-second mode while also making Evil Incarnate functionally weaker than old Tier 3, remove a lot of his add-on variety, then make the modes as inconvenient as can be.
