You can express intent, and show causation. It doesn’t mean they’ll take it up early, but if they are aware of it in the loop, then it is possible to be more actionable if a termination happens.

Call your state’s labor board. Show the documentation, & your intent to file charges. The state may take it up & file on your behalf, making it a larger “thing”.

While you’d rather save others from suffering you’d rather burden yourself - you realize if you remove the opportunity for connection & call to action, suffering occurs

If it makes you feel any better, I’m in a dilemma between personal medical care or maintaining my schedule. As is, while I have to be healthy to continue to work, I also can’t risk leaving work if I’m not actively under duress despite the VA saying I should see the ER.
