It makes me think of one of the stories from "I, Robot" where a bot lost its function when it got overwhelmed at the additional responsibilities of having to lead as well as work when away from its human minder.

Yeah, I would *never* touch anything still resembling military camo, but once you get to obviously non-military colors (pink as here, the orange shirt in Lost in Translation, etc.) I agree it diverges into its own fun thing.

Ours was a bit fun because of our neighbors she was a dentist and he was my choir teacher. Dr. and Mr was v. satisfying (and lol neighbor on the other side was Dr. and Dr., but they had moved away by then).

Odd, though-- Dr. is supposed to come first in front of Mr./Mrs. (at least back when I was researching these)? For the flowery script I'd have expected it a bit more by-the-book.

Off the top of my head I'd say Rhinochimaeridae. Some of the videos of them on YT are just hypnotizing.
