maybe for trucks but not home heating. Smallest molecule so very prone to leaks. You need a 100 mm hole in each room the hydrogen goes through. Hydrogen also attacks metal so parts need replaced over time.

If the value of land drops then they won’t need to sell anything. And I’m not sure smaller farms is a bad thing either. Allows younger people a way in rather than renting.

The price of land has increased dramatically as people like him buy it up for a tax dodge. If they sell up it will reduce land prices due to reduced demand and the majority of farms will then be below the threshold for IHT.
