As far as the pain scale, I think it helps that I have pain constantly, so I gauge how my body is from day to day. 1-4 does not affect my ability to get things done. 5-7 slow me down greatly in my ability to be productive. 8 my body starts radiating with pain.
9 I am completely bed bound.

-each spoke is a month
-each row in the spoke is a day.
-the black was used to set up the blanket and will be used for months that are short to make sure they are the same length as the months with 31 days
