My recommendation for pacing for the worms (as said in another comment) is project based sprinting.

Basically, marking a project into smaller projects, then sprinting to finish one of the sub projects, then break.

this allows you to set up a break ahead of time and see how much you're working

What I did was grabbed some stick on cable clips and stuck them to the wall. Put a few of them up to space the trackers, and ran single usb extension cords to a 7 port usb hub.

all 6 are in that hub + stretch sense gloves :)

For the 4 port tracker station i actually recommend against it, the dongles need to be spaced further apart (8+cm) to avoid RF interference with each other

i also stalked ebay and was able to snag tundra trackers for less than 70USD a piece, used market is great!
