I was fine throughout the morning, managed to get lots done. Then, out of nowhere, it came. I felt his presence in my room. Then the whispers started. My world narrowed down to those two sensations. And my head. My head felt like it would explode if I didn't hang onto it…

Panic attack
There won't be a new post up today because I am dealing with the consequences of a panic attack that I've had in a language class today. I am still feeling disorientated and I cannot focus. I will try to have the new post up tomorrow if I can. My apologies to everyone.

I rewrote this post about a billion times. But here you have it: the earliest beginnings of my experience with psychosis in a professional environment.
The start of it all
I was taking part in an exchange organised by my university and it was great- the people, the resources, the city. It was at some point during the Covid years, when things have started calming down. But I remember feeling so nervous throughout my stay for no reason. I couldn't eat properly. I felt like things were getting out of control, like there was so much going on that I had no chance of keeping up.
