I've been busy with Bedford Inclusive Town (BIT Meeting) at the Bedford Borough Council offices today.
Some new people are getting involved, and there are many opportunities for exciting new connections.
I am looking forward to strengthening those connections further.

Busy day, making and scheduling content, collecting a prescription, searching for a chemist that stocked meds, and offering support to local shopping centres, making sure their Santa's Grotto was accessible. I've not been physically active lately, so 8.6k+ is many more steps than I am used to.
