It is so incredibly uncommon that, of the very little artwork that has been drawn showing it, around 99% of it is typically drawn incorrectly.
Like, seriously...when a dude blows a load in his pants, it doesn't go through the fabric like a normal cumshot. Yet that's how almost everyone draws it. :p

If I had the money I'd commission art of him shitting. Art of him in general seems fairly rare. Scat art of him is nonexistent.

Not necessarily in a sexual manner. More just..."oh, Spyro had to go, and so he is", followed by him going on with the game after he is done. Realistic, believable and natural. That's how I'd want such a mod to work.
