Watched the #Boyzone documentary last night and found it so heartbreaking.
The way Louis Walsh and the tabloids just didn't seem to care they were exploiting the boys, even 30 years on, is quite horrendous.

Annual leave turned into a mental health day. Rough night of anxiety over nothing in particular.
Took myself to the spa and slept most of the day.
Doesn't even feel like I've wasted it. It was so needed.

I get the sentimental hurt that the LA fires have caused. Must be horrible to lose wedding dresses, photos, childhood toys. All the things that make a home.
But to set up funding profiles to help some of the richest people on this earth doesn't sit OK with me.
