~Dag Hammarskjold
“Waking up this morning, I smile. Twenty-four brand new hours are before me. I vow to live fully in each moment and to look at all beings with eyes of compassion.” ~ Thich Nhat Hanh

What if we are already whole?

I’ve been thinking about many growth and self fulfillment processes akin to putting on armor, suiting and muscling up.

Feels like we are making ourselves awfully heavy.

What if we already have what we need and our work is to allow rather than to become?

What would it be like to experience actually arriving into each step? How might our attitude for the Earth shift if we actually experienced our inseparable connection to it with each step that we take?

What if everything belongs? What if experiences of confusion, discomfort, and suffering are actually just calls back to basic wisdom?

How quickly when we feel discomfort do we blame, shift, abort?

What if the work is to pause, move close, allow the pain to ventilate? Might wisdom emerge?
