My '85 merc is pretty safe: It can't accelerate fast enough to be dangerous, and the lack of ABS decreases stopping distance (though you do slide on the tires at weird angle)

It is solved Computer Science for them to offer real-time updates through a web app, information about ride availability and wait times, COMBINED with a flexible reservation system that works with geofencing such that no one would have to wait around in a long line, ever. Short lines, perhaps.
