Aston Villa FC + Penn State. Father of 2. Tragically unfunny. I once won a national championship in baseball (it's cooler if you don't ask for details).
A MAC preview really shows that, despite its leaders' best efforts to kill the sport at every turn, college football somehow remains incredible.

Idc about strength of schedule arguments, just give me another Snow Ball in Mt Pleasant and I'll be happy.

£100M. Even that feels iffy, but probably too good to refuse.

Probably an unpopular take on this website, but he seems to have the personality of this guy from 30 Rock. I have a hard time imagining him with a serious presidential run.

The whole volleyball thing showed how little these people actually watch or care about women's sports. If she was so good that it was dangerous for other women, she'd be at Texas/Penn St/Nebraska/Pitt/Kentucky/Louisville/Stanford. Not the Mountain West (no disrespect).

What is he supposed to say? "Yeah, we're willing to destroy the US economy"?

Nah. Pin everything on the Republicans that you can. They wanted to run government? Let them try to run government.

For me, in Civ6, it was the railroads. By the time railroads came around it's usually snowballing one way or the other, but IDC, my people are getting S-Tier transit with their D-Tier culture.

I've heard railroads help win econ victories in Civ7 though 😍

Coulda commissioned a bunch of Great Scientists, or built that gvt plaza building that allows you to spend faith to build military.

But I agree rock bands is more fun, tbf.

I was once kidnapped and forced to drink homemade moonshine from somebody named "The Shed" (and he looked exactly like you'd think somebody with that name would).

Asterisk 1) This also means that some schools, or teams, can straight up say "we don't have money, if you come here we're not paying you" in the contract. (A lawyer can clean up the actual language; I'm just acknowledging that not every school can pay every athlete)

I'm going to keep yelling this into the void of my 4 followers, but...

There is still time to save college athletics, but it requires:
1) Admitting athletes are employees*, allowing them to sign multi-year contracts, and
2) Using academics to differentiate yourself from any other minor league
