All the recipes I found use cocoa powered, dry whole milk powder, powdered sugar, and cacao butter (or coconut oil, which I thought was worse). I've tried sifting the dry ingredients and blending the wet mix before pouring.

I don't want to waste cacao butter on more bad results!
