Its hard to realize. things are in the past. actual people in your life are chill. An actual person who cares wouldn't judge you.
I still have those terrible people in my Discord dms list and i cant get myself to close the dm LOL

I also feel this in a different level. I am anxious about the individuals who are convinced I did wrong things to tell my friends and I lose them all.
I used to talk to a lot of terrible people that were willing to drop me quickly. I have a better group of friends now but still feels wrong.
