sleep problems never stop, though they do change in nature. didn't you ever wake up your parents as a teenager by bumping around at 2am? that's a sleep regression, in a sense.

one of them offered to buy me a piece of property that i don't own - a lot down the street. i told him sure, i will sell you my entire stake in that property, no problem. he was excited for a little while.

yeah incredibly slick. it's my go to when i'm actually riding amtrak or meeting someone who is, and my friend who rides the capitol corridor every day says it's the best way to get updates for his commute
