I found a paper about adult-onset autoinflammatory diseases published last year in the Journal of Rheumatology & sent it to my #longcovid dr so we can talk about it & weigh options like testing meds & referring me to a different rheum clinic.

1) I was very fit & healthy. I ate a balanced diet & jogged 12 mi/week. I loved hiking. I also had PMDD that I was being treated for (very successfully) with antidepressants.
This was me in 2021, ~6 mo before I got sick.
