I’m with you there, sister. I can’t seem to figure out the intention here aside from martial law. I can’t imagine they personally need more money this badly- there has to be another intention. What if it’s to bind with another power, like, what if another country is behind this and is tanking us.

I think in her own right she was but I don't think in a classical sense she was seen that way, particularly at her time of living. I think her defiance of the societal norms in pursuit of her own awareness of what was right and holy should absolutely qualify her though.
