Yes, serving size does matter for me. I don't have many (identified) food triggers, but MSG and alcohol are definite ones. For example, I can have 1, maybe 2, Doritos without suffering... but no more. Last NYE I decided to go wild and have 5 Doritos (yeah, I know how to party hard) and paid for it.

I'm sorry you're going through it. I wish I had helpful things to offer... but I'm in the same boat. My docs have told me that they nothing else for me to try. So I research new/uncommon treatments, am proactive about contacting my providers, and try to go in to appointments with an open mind.

A question for those whom Vyepti has helped: how long did it take before you noticed a difference? I tried it when it was first released and it didn't do anything, but I'm trying it again per the advice of my neurologist. #chronicmigraine #migraine

The time change has been helpful for me. I'm incredibly sensitive to light, so more time with darker skies is better for me.
