Yes! The Coryd was such a fun race to come up with! They're strange, humanoid creatures who are each born when a story is created! It can be a spoken story, a song, or in the case of one that my party met, a play!

The subraces are all different types of entertainer! jester, mime, comedy + tragedy!

also it really writes its own little stories, because that's twice now they've had carceri (the prison plane) invade, and they've defeated the "Jailer" from there twice.

Now he has a vendetta against them and is actively waiting for their next encounter to abduct and imprison them!

it really brings a dynamic twist to combat, and helps make things more difficult for my high-level pcs.

because just a regular group of people wouldn't be a challenge, now they have to worry about demons, elementals, or undead getting involved!

plus its fun to see them panic when i roll on it
