What am I doing in the "off season"? Well, I have a few commission orders to make, some Christmas gifts to make, a little D&D to play, and also took Booth Cat Mercury out to Petsmart so he could watch the exotic birds channel on Cat TV.

After 3 straight weeks of craft fairs, I have 3 weeks off until the next! Hoping to get some favorites restocked and some new items made before the Kentucky Moonshine Festival on June 15th at Boundary Oak Distillery in Radcliff, KY
And maaaaaaybe my rotten Booth Cat will agree to attend again.

I'm not religious, but I hear that a bunch of people celebrated a Bronze Age carpenter today. Meanwhile, I cut wood for two doors with some very non-Bronze Age tools.
These will be mounted on a barn door rail to keep my studio assistants OUT of my studio when I'm not in there.

I have a photography station again! Still have more stuff to unpack and sort and need to hang some power strips from the ceiling for better electrical access, but the new studio space is coming along nicely.

I'm cleaning and preparing half of my basement to be my new studio space, and Mercury does NOT appreciate being blocked out of the area with a folding screen.

I am pleased to report that Mister Murderface did NOT murder anyone at the vet's office today, though he did leave them in fear for their lives until they could get him wrapped up in a towel and sedated.
Fortunately, his eye may end up healing fine on its own, and he had a clean bill of health.
