Knee-jerk to compare Davis and Jones. Sure both meddle, but one of them coached and general managed a team to great success without the coach making personnel decisions, e.g. Jimmy and Parcells for Jones. Plus, Al died in 2011 and his team still went to a Super Bowl more currently than Jerry.
