I keep a small stash of X-rated photos (not of myself) on my phone with which to respond to spam texts. Most of mine are political rather than merchy though.

Issendai wrote some great, thoughtful stuff on estrangement ten-ish years ago (and also on her blog), mainly focusing on the "estranged parent forums" that are less visible now. The navigation sometimes breaks, but that whole section of her site is worth reading. www.issendai.com/psychology/e...
Down the Rabbit Hole: The world of estranged parents' forums | Issendai.com
The members of estranged parents' forums claim their children cut them off for no reason, but their own postings say otherwise.

Tomalak would sneer contemptuously once he finds out what it's about. He was a master sneerer.

I wish there was accompanying video -- I am old and have great difficulty with audio-only offerings -- but I'll give this a listen later. Truly one of the best movies ever made (the book it was based on is amazing too), and I hope you're all in agreement on that in your podcast.

Stunning. Very "letting in the jungle" Kiplingesque.

Objection: Deficient ALT text. Where's the line describing his eyes as "like polished bronzites, carefully placed within a friendly set of crinkles"?

That man is a pimp. And I want his boots.

It's like several different Black Mirror episodes had an orgy and birthed an abomination of a hive-mind offspring that self-replicates via digital spores. I'm not sure if that or Human Centipede is more horrifying.

Contemplative, a tad wistful, perhaps faintly amused?

Not to take anything away from your other fine work, but I am still wowed by the beauty of that snail illustration. (I also keep trying to find a secret message in the shell whenever I see it.)

Fools! For I also had my hour;
One far fierce hour and sweet:
There was a shout about my ears,
And palms before my feet.

I still want an indie game based on these amazing shots as backgrounds and adventure zones. The Orbiferous Towers, a safe zone for wound-healing and taking on provisions (as long as you don't mind the hellacious odor of the night soil from which the towers grow)!

It's pretty wild that of all the "let a bot do your homework for you" AIs, Google is the most factually inaccurate.

Now that I know this works, it's time to sign up for OnlyFeet.

Grungy photos like this make great backgrounds. Beautiful stuff.

I'd love to try the apricot. Sadly, no such store within a hundred miles of me (probably further).

The Headbangers' Ball meets Alien Resurrection?

I think the orange-tunicked fellow may be a sea monster of sorts. Look, he has orange hind legs and an orange-finned tail with spikes!
