No Fujifilm camera? No problem. X gon' give it to ya! I have a solution from now on. Here are Classic Chrome, Classic Neg, Nostalgic Neg and Acros film simulation like profiles for Lightroom and Camera Raw. This is the closest we can get, without using a real Fujifilm X camera.
Classic X Film Simulations
Fujifilm got a lot right, and their cameras truly are fantastic tools or wonderful companions in our everyday lives. I remember how much I wanted the first Fuji X100 back then, and when the X-Pro came...

By the way, these are samples of the upcoming Classic X film simulation profiles that I was selecting for the online shop this morning. The first two are from Maximilian Gödecke. The 3rd and 4th are by me. Classic Chrome, Classic Neg, Nostalgic Neg & Acros will be available to all of us very soon.

Nostalgic Neg works great with Leica images (MP240 and M10). Soon I'll have converted all major Fuji X film simulations to LUTs, making them usable with any camera.

Original Fujifilm Classic Chrome film simulation vs. my LUT, which will work with any camera. I think, it's close enough. :)

I thought today about how I can create additional value. There's already the Classic Neg for all of us Preset, which I created when I was annoyed that older Fujifilm cameras weren't getting the Classic Neg film simulation. Today, I recreated Classic Neg, Classic Chrome, and Nostalgic Neg in LUTs.

Friends, it's not about gear, or film, or which preset, or other secret sauce you use. It's all about getting in situations like this, where is something incredible is happening in front of you.

It seems we have to wait a little longer until all have arrived, like Lucas Coersten, who've put a lot of vibe into this picture.

Hello Bluesky! I’m still dreaming of a safe habitat for us photography enthusiasts. The glorious days of the Facebook group are long gone, and no one knows how much longer they want to stick with Meta. But I never want to lose touch with you, and so I hope that this place can help us stay connected.
