Surrey League Cross County, beautful bright lunchtime on Oxshott Heath. #Running for Vets AC in Division 4. Made it to the start line with 3 mins to spare, which got the heart rate up a little!

New Ash Green 10k this morning, a windy, hilly yet exhilarating start to 2025. The 'brace position' I appear to be holding was required to remain upright at times (kudos to the organisers for the futile attempt to erect the inflatable Start/Finish arch!) #running www.strava.com/activities/1...
