Ive seen several people say that Capcom's Ingrid looks like an SNK character and I personally don't see it.
When it comes to Street Fighter characters that I think look like SNK characters, I immediately think of Remy.

I know indie fighters not named Skullgirls tend to not get much attention, but Pocket Bravery deserves more love. Great amount of content, unique story mode presentation, awesome character designs, being able to unlock characters by playing the game...cmon now
