They (the book's audience) were waiting for her to step out of line form the beginning. AND when her interviews started to come off insensitive, they jumped on it. That may not have happened because of him. That audience already has a recorded history of doing this. She was ill-prepared.

No. BL was doing promo for a very popular book about DV. The audience for this book, years before, organically had backlash against the book's own author for making coloring books around the story for profit. That audience was already overly sensitive. BL faced pushback the moment she was announced.

The problem with this thinking is that there is a real possibility that the backlash she received was based on HER OWN actions. Regardless if the SH happened or not. She brought up issues and it was resolved, per her own admission. The things that tanked her image were her own interviews.

It’s not his off season. He is doing a victory lap with a Stadium Tour and GNX is eligible for next years Grammy awards. Drake needs to take a vacation and come back in Spring 2026.
