We just said goodbye. Her bloodwork came back and she was getting worse. She was so weak and practically a puddle, lifeless and having no quality of life.

I'm holding out hope that she pulls through but it's looking really bleak and colorless at the moment so I'm trying to prepare for the worst case scenario. I can't do commissions with con work and the possible goodbye looming over me. I'm so, so sorry to ask.

If Fandom had stepped back and wiped his hands of SQF and allowed a new con chair to take the reins, it would have been the best course of action. Every time we asked it was "You won't understand" but didn't explain why.

I hate that SQF is ending this way. I hate it so bad.
