Yes, I call it my sick and tired of being sick and tired moment.

Turns out it's possible to have many of those. I find I have one at the end of each healing. It sort of marks my awakening to being ready to do more work:

Agree. Like someone with an invisible disability, functional depression is often overlooked, particularly for people who are "the strong" one in their communities.

I love that you create tools to assist people in their mental health journey.

Agreed. The irony of circumstance where technology delivers so much information in such short notice the human brain becomes overwhelmed trying to process it. Rather than accept multiple things can be true and likely doesn't totally suppprt our comfortable narrative, we embrace "alternative facts".

Same, finding different communities outside of political focus is proving to be a challenge so far.

The algorithms will continue to be a problematic source of division if we the people don't get better about posting diverse topics.

We live intersectionally. It's time social media reflects that.
