I feel like im gaining and I don't really like it. It's weird tho bc all I have to do is workout, but I hate working out infront of my boyfriend

so I have 3 options

1 - Cry
2 - Clean up my eating
3 - Work out and cope

eventually I'll do all 3, atm, I'll be at 1
