Here’s how to build your own energy anchor:

1. Close your eyes + remember a moment you felt fully energized

2. Make that memory vivid — sights, sounds, feeling

3. Tug your ear + say: “When I pull on my ear, I feel this energy”

4. Repeat x3

Why? Because I’ve trained my brain to associate that gesture with energy, clarity, and readiness.
