❌ By May 18 we will permanently delete the form/spreadsheet collecting tracking numbers. We are giving this a little extra time, just in case of any last-minute reports of missing packages. Again, a mod will confirm when this is complete. (8/9)

❌ By May 11, we will permanently delete the sign-up form/results, and all associated spreadsheets containing survey question responses and mailing information. A mod will confirm on this thread when this is complete. (7/9)

✅ We will keep a spreadsheet w/records of who signed up & who was matched w/whom (handles only). While there are no plans to run this event again, this could help if someone runs a similar event in the future.

✅ We will keep our email account & all email records. Reminder that mailing names & addresses WERE shared w/gifters via email! If you would like us to delete emails (on our end) containing your mailing info, please send a request to thecanyongiftexchange[at]gmail[dot]com. (5/9)

On that note, receiving items in the mail meant sharing personal data with us, and we take that seriously. Here is what information we will be keeping/deleting. (4/9)

All packages were confirmed shipped, so we are assuming they have all been received! If there was any issue (a package that never arrived, or was lost, stolen, damaged, etc.) PLEASE reach out ASAP so we can help, before we delete the collected tracking numbers. (3/9)

The Canyon Gift Exchange had participants from all over the world! Canyonites from 16 different countries sent 88 packages in total. In the USA, we had participants from 21 states. Izzy Hands may be small, but his reach is long. 🥹 (2/9)

3. Everyone who sends a gift will receive a gift! No one will be left out, so if something goes wrong (such as a package that is damaged or lost in the mail), don't be shy about reaching out. We won't know about any issues unless you tell us! (4/5)
