I avoided it for 63 years, but I couldn't be sure that I wasn't having a ❤️ attack. The pain and inability to draw a decent breath were the only reasons I went. I guess I am thankful to have even my crappy insurance. I did pick a bad time to get old, though.

Chamber pots used to be gorgeous! Some came with lids, and were hand-painted porcelain, with fun sayings on them. Apparently, according to Diana Gabaldon, you could get one with "I am a piss pot, and a fine one" written on it in Latin.
