As far as I can make out there's no contact details for the author on that site. Now on a separate site there was an option to contact the author, so I did, but I've not heard anything back.

So essentially for over 100 years, this tiny little terraced house had inadvertently stayed in the same family.

Result was, my parents bought the house from this elderly woman who turned out to be a relative of my mum's (none of them knew at the time), she had grown up in the house and her parents were the first ones to own it, from it first being built.

Oh btw, I confirmed all this. Genealogy will definitely throw you some unexpected wtf moments.
